Emerging Writers Getaway Contest for unpublished writers of crime fiction (sponsored by the Whidbey Writers Workshop MFA Alumni) is open for submissions until May 23. Finals judge is New York Times bestselling author Robert Dugoni. First prize includes a review of your submission by Laurie McLean of Foreword Literary and a five-day residency at the Northwest Institute of Literary Arts MFA program on fabulous Whidbey Island, WA.
